Wedding plans that Jacob Batalon had been talking about earlier this year have officially become a reality.
The Spider-Man: Brand New Day actor has married interior designer Veronica Leahov, according to a report by E! News published on July 31, 2026.
The confirmation comes more than a year after the couple announced their engagement in March 2025.

Jacob clues in on wedding plans
Following their engagement, Jacob had openly shared his hopes for their wedding, revealing that he and Veronica already had a few ideas in mind for the celebration.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight shortly after proposing, the 29-year-old actor said Veronica had envisioned a wedding in Italy.
"She already has this Lake Como thing," he said.
Jacob, meanwhile, hoped to add a touch of his Filipino roots to the festivities: "Some adobo for sure. I kind of wanna wear some aloha shirts instead of a tuxedo."
While Veronica appeared to take charge of most of the preparations, Jacob admitted that he was happy to let his fiancée handle the planning.
In an interview with People in January 2026, the actor joked that he had barely contributed to organizing the ceremony.
"It's almost done," he said at the time. "I have not planned anything at all."
He added, "So my fiancée, she's really good at it. I genuinely just was like, 'Tell me when and where and I'll make it.'"
Jacob's engagement to Veronica also drew attention last year because it came only a few months after Tom Holland and Zendaya announced their own engagement.
However, the Reginald the Vampire actor previously told Metro Entertainment that the timing was purely coincidental.
"No, we did not know about each other's plans like that," he said in March 2025.
"But I will say I thought about it first."

Praising Veronica's support
Despite leaving most of the logistics to Veronica, Jacob never held back when talking about how much she meant to him.
During his interview with Entertainment Tonight, he described Veronica as the person who continually encouraged him to become a better version of himself.
"She's the most supportive person I've ever met in my life," he said.
"She loves to see me win and I love to see her win. She's inspired me to be a better person and to work hard at my job."
Jacob hints at marriage before confirmation
Jacob ultimately made headlines earlier this week after accidentally hinting at his new marital status during a lighthearted appearance on Heart Radio's Showbiz Kidz quiz segment.
The interview was part of the press tour for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which premiered in July 2026.
He appeared alongside his co-stars Tom Holland and Zendaya, whose own marriage was confirmed in June 2026.
When asked about nicknames, Jacob quipped, "My wife calls me big dog."
He immediately laughed and admitted that the statement was only wishful thinking.
"She doesn't," he clarified. "I wish she did."
The exchange, published on July 29, came just a day before E! News confirmed on July 31 that Jacob and Veronica had indeed tied the knot.
With their wedding now official, Jacob and Veronica begin a new chapter together after months of planning and a relationship that the actor has often described as one of his biggest sources of support.
