Bakery, inireklamong nagbenta ng display cake

Sa simula, nag-attitude pa ang bakery employee na si Robin Rambles sa customer na nagreklamong Styrofoam ang nabili nitong cake. May nakasulat naman kasing “display only.” Pero na-realize ni Robin na may kasalanan rin siya sa nangyari.

Ibinahagi ni Robin Rambles, isang TikTok user, ang kanyang karanasan sa bakery na pinagtatrabahuan noong November 15, 2022.

Naka-duty siya nang dumating ang babaeng customer, na dala-dala ang isang styrofoam display cake.

Bulalas nito sa kanya, “Excuse me, you sold me Styrofoam.”

Inireklamo nito na hindi totoong cake ang nabili nito sa bakery, at nilinaw agad ni Robin na hindi siya ang nagbenta rito ng Styrofoam.

Nang itaas ng customer ang "missing display cake," may nakasulat pa rito na generic “Happy birthday, John” greeting.

KASALANAN NG BAKERY MANAGER

Ayon sa customer, kamakalawa ng gabi ay nagpunta ito sa bakery para bumili ng cake.

Nakausap umano nito ang manager ni Robin.

Ito pala ang nagbenta sa customer.

Sabi diumano ng manager sa customer: “It’s the only half sheet available.”

Pero binili pa rin nito ang cake at iniuwi.

Kaya sinabi ni Robin sa customer, “Well, you shouldn’t have done that because this is Styrofoam.”

Pagbibigay-diin pa niya, “That’s why there’s a big sign on it that says ‘display only.'”

Pero argumento ng customer, sinabi nito sa bakery manager na nagbenta na may nakalagay nga na “display only” sign.

Sabi raw naman ng bakery manager sa customer ay okey lang at gagawa na lang ng bagong display cake.

Naisip ni Robin, “I guess my manager doesn’t realize that ‘display only’ means display only, and he thought he could sell it so he did.”

SI ROBIN ANG "REAL CULPRIT"

Gusto ng customer na ibalik na lang sa kanya ang ibinayad sa display cake.

Sinabihan ito ni Robin na, “Go to the front counter, that’s where they give the refunds.”

Buwelta ng customer, “I didn’t need your attitude. You ruined my son’s birthday.”

Humingi si Robin ng paumanhin.

Payo niya rin sa customer, “Order a cake ahead of time next year.”

Buwelta sa kanya nito, “I did place an order ahead of time, but the worker didn’t make it.”

At naalala ni Robin na oo nga pala!

Bulalas niya sa video, “Yes, yes she did. I took it down to make it and promptly forgot about it.

“That’s my bad!”

Sa huli, inako ni Robin ang pagkakamaling nakalimutan niyang ilista ang order ng customer.

“It was 100 percent unwarranted. I messed up and then gave her attitude, I was kinda responsible.”

May nagtanong kay Robin kung bakit hindi na-realize ng customer na ang nabili nitong cake ay yari sa Styrofoam, sagot niya, “Who knows? We used real icing so maybe that added to the weight?”

Pero natatawang sambit niya, “Nah, she was just in a hurry and didn’t take note.”
