Binigyang kahulugan ng Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary ang Generation Z bilang "the generation of people born in the late 1990s and early 2000s."
Ayon naman sa Collins Dictionary, ang Gen Z ay "members of the generation of people born between the mid-1990s and mid-2010s who are seen as confident users of new technology."

GEN Z INTERN NAGHAHANAP NG ‘WORK-LIFE BALANCE’

Nasambit tuloy ni Sameera, “God bless the future of work."

OPINYON NG NETIZENS
Marami ang nag-react sa post ni Sameera
Komento ng isang Twitter user, "5 hours of daily work at a start-up? Cool... cool."
Sabi naman ng isa pa, "He needs to work 100 hours a week for 5 years and get to a senior position in big tech. Then he can get 40-50 lakhs with less work than that."
"So true! Just met a young cousin who rejected a '9-5' because it interrupted his 'prime gaming hours'. The future is fascinating."

Gayunpaman, mayroon din namang suportado ang idea of work ng Gen Z intern.
Komento nito, "On the contrary, we've had good experiences. Our Gen Z interns proactively improved the productivity of one of our teams by 4x through process excellence.
“With some tough love and guidance, they do pretty well. They're scared of recession and are willing to go the extra mile. I guess there will always be bad apples."
Paliwanag naman ng isa, “This is kind of normal now, and to be honest, there is nothing wrong with these expectations, as there are companies that offer all of the above.
“Also, those 5 hours are more productive than the forced 8 hours of corporate work.”

Aniya, “Here's my take: Prioritizing work life balance early on is great but while looking for the first few internships, one should look for learning, growth, good projects and peers. Balance gets struck eventually.”

Payo pa niya, “Your first few internships should help you understand what you want from your career in terms of work.
“Imagine having work-life balance but hating the five hours of work you have to do, or the people you have to work with.”
