Sa loob ng anim na taon, nagpanggap siya bilang flight attendant at nakabiyahe nang libre.
Pero bistado na siya.
Noong June 10, 2025, sa ulat ng official website ng United States Attorney's Office Southern District of Florida, hinatulang guilty si Tiron ng wire fraud at ilegal na pagpasok sa secure airport area ng Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sa pamamagitan ng pagpapanggap.

HOW THE FLIGHTS WERE BOOKED
Batay sa mga dokumentong nakalap para sa ginawang paglilitis kay Tiron, napag-alamang nakapag-book siya ng free flights mula 2018 hanggang 2024.
Naisagawa niya ang booking sa pamamagitan ng website ng isang airline carrier na available lang sa mga piloto at flight attendants.
Ayon sa press release na inilabas ng US Attorney’s Office, nakabiyahe si Tiron sa 34 flights ng airline carrier, “without paying for any of them by posing as a flight attendant who worked for other airlines.”
Paliwanag pa ng U.S. Attorney’s Office: “Over the 34 flights, Alexander claimed through the airline carrier’s website application process—a process that required an applicant to select whether they were a pilot or flight attendant and provide their employer, date of hire, and badge number information—that he worked for seven different airlines and had approximately 30 different badge numbers and dates of hire.”

TOTAL NUMBER OF FLIGHTS BOOKED BY IMPOSTOR FLIGHT ATTENDANT
May mga ebidensya na nagpapakitang nagpanggap siyang flight attendant ng tatlong airline carriers.
Sa kabuuan,120 free flights daw ang na-book niya.
Kabilang sa mga carriers na nagoyo ni Tiron ang American Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, at Southwest Airlines.
Walang nabanggit sa ulat kung bakit niya isinagawa ang pagpapanggap maliban sa gusto lang niyang makalibre sa pagbiyahe.

MAN WORKS IN AIRLINE COMPANY BUT NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE FLIGHTS
Sinabi ni Tiron sa korte na nagtrabaho siya sa isang airline company sa Dallas simula noong 2015.
Pero hindi siya piloto o flight attendant kaya hindi siya eligible sa free flights.
Kasalukuyan pa ring nagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon ang Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Nakatakdang sentensiyahan ni U.S. District Judge Jacqueline Becerra si Tiron sa August 25, matapos ikonsidera ang U.S. Sentencing Guidelines at iba pang statutory factors.
Nahaharap si Tiron sa maximum sentence for wire fraud o 20 years na pagkakabilanggo at 10 years naman sa pagpasok sa secure airport areas under false pretenses.
Pagbabayarin din siya ng US$250,000 o PHP14,291,986.42.
