Ani Nichols habang tumatawa: “As I am walking past, I might hear a parrot say, ‘Oh, you fat B [bleep]. And you think, ‘That’s not really good. I don’t really want that.’

"Then one will just tell you to F [bleep] off. Then when you walk past, and somebody uses the C [bleep] word or something like that, and you think, ‘Oh my word. That is a bit too much.’”

Sa kanilang signboard ay mababasa ang: “Warning: We cannot be held responsible for what you hear!

“For your information, every common swear word can be heard in this aviary so please be aware if you have people with you of a sensitive nature.”

Dagdag ng park staffer na si Jess Newton ukol sa mga parrots: “We never tell them not to [swear] because we laugh too much. And the public loves it as well.”

WILDLIFE PARK CEO WORRIED ABOUT PARROTS

“We integrated them to a bigger group of parrots, and most parrots learn all the common noises like vehicles reversing, or microwaves, or as you can hear telephone noises.

“The general idea was if these rogue parrots hear more of the common noises, they stop using the swear words.

"It didn’t really work,” natatawa niyang sabi.

Ang biro ni Nichols: "I'm hoping they learn different words within colonies.

“But if they teach the others bad language and I end up with 250 swearing birds, I don't know what we'll do."

“People teach them farting noises, and they do it at the most inopportune times, and I can hear them.

“So between swearing and farting, I don’t know if it is a good place to bring your kids."
