Nagulat na lang ang fans ng Chinese fashion and beauty content creator na si Andy Hao Tienan nang ipakita ang kanyang katawan sa social media last October 2025.
Ang 20 percent kasi ng kanyang katawan ay tadtad ng hyaluronic acid shots.
Ang hyaluronic acid ay naturally occurring substance sa katawan ng tao na nakatutulong para ma-retain ang moisture.
Beneficial ito para manatiling hydrated ang balat sa lubrication ng joints at mapagaling ang mga sugat.
Pero ang hyaluronic acid shots sa katawan ng influencer ay commercially produced gel or filler na ginagamit sa cosmetic procedures para mapatambok ang skin at mawala ang fine lines.

Sa ulat ng South China Morning Post last November 11, limang buwan na ang nakararaan nang sumailalim si Andy sa cosmetic procedures.
Gumastos siya ng four million yuan o PHP33,179,276.44 para magkaroon ng artificial eight-pack abs.
Nagpalagay siya ng 40 doses ng hyaluronic acid na ini-inject sa kanyang mga balikat, collarbones, dibdib, at abdomen.
Sambit ng young influencer: “I totally agree that muscles do not grow on cowards.
“But you have to understand, I have had so many injections.
“I am no coward anymore.”
Hamon pa niya: “Could you dare to do the same?”
Pagsasalarawan niya sa artificial eight-pack abs: “It actually looks more natural and better over time.
“Even the lines between the abs are still distinct, and they have not merged into a single lump.”

Nabahala naman ang Chinese doctor na si Li Jialun sa ginawa ni Andy dahil delikado umano ito para sa kalusugan.
Si Li ay attending doctor sa Department of Plastic Surgery sa Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, na nasa Wuhan, Hebei province sa central China.
Paliwanag niya: “Injecting 40 doses of hyaluronic acid could very likely crush the skin, potentially causing necrosis of blood vessels.
“While the muscles may appear realistic in a static state, the dynamic appearance will definitely be distorted because all muscles are dynamic units.”
Babala ni Li: “After the injection, your natural muscles may actually decrease because hyaluronic acid and fillers can erode bone and exert pressure on the muscles, making them thinner.
“When the filler dissolves, your original muscles may look even weaker.

Ayon sa isang nagkomento sa kanyang video, ganito raw ba talaga kung mag-aksaya ng pera ang mayayaman?
“Four million [yuan] could buy me a lifetime supply of protein powder to build my muscle.”
Biro naman ng isa: “You would need to walk around shirtless every day to show it off, or the four million [yuan] would be wasted.”
