In a span of seven days, the entries of MMFF 2015 have already earned P640 million in the box-office.
This was revealed by the Executive Committee of the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival through its social media accounts.
This box-office figure represents ticket sales from December 25-31, 2015.
The Top 4 highest-grossing films are still (in no particular order):
My Bebe Love (family comedy starring Vic Sotto, Ai-Ai delas Alas, Alden Richards, and Maine Mendoza)
Beauty and the Bestie (action-comedy starring Vice Ganda and Coco Martin)
Haunted Mansion (horror film starring Janella Salvador, Jerome Ponce, and Marlo Mortel)
Walang Forever (romantic dramedy starring Jennylyn Mercado and Jericho Rosales)
It will be recalled that Walang Forever only joined the top-grossing movies last December 30. It overtook All You Need is Pag-ibig when it came to earnings in the box-office.
The other MMFF 2015 entries are (in no particular order) Buy Now, Die Later; Honor Thy Father; and Nilalang.
