The passing away of Francis Xavier Pasion is a big loss to the entertainment industry.
Direk Francis, who was found dead last March 6 in his home, proved himself to be one of the outstanding film and TV directors of this generation. He has been recognized internationally for his critically-acclaimed indie films, including Bwaya (2014) and Jay (2008).
In addition, the 38-year-old screenwriter and director also helmed toprating primetime dramas for ABS-CBN such as On The Wings of Love, Princess and I, and My Binondo Girl.
