Gerald Anderson on love scene with Bea Alonzo: "Abangan niyo ang macho dancing ko dun."

Bea Alonzo describes her love team with ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson as "Hindi siya pilit. It's very organic."

The ABS-CBN actress says about working with Gerald for the Star Cinema movie How to Be Yours, "Nag-eenjoy kami kasi ang ganda ng environment sa set."

In the film, Gerald is cast as Nino, a sales agent who wants to attain stability while Bea plays Anj, a self-taught cook who dreams of working in a high-end restaurant someday.

When asked about their love scene in this movie directed by Dan Villegas, Bea said with a smile, "Hot si Gerald sa love scene."

For his part, Gerald teased members of the press by saying, “Abangan niyo ang macho dancing scene ko, seryoso talaga."

Will this macho dance be shown on the big screen?

“Na-catch yung reaction niya [Bea] so I’m sure kasama yun.

“Si Direk Dan, he’s genius pagdating sa mga ganun.

“Kaya sobrang blessed ako na it's my second movie with him and second love scene!”

It will be recalled that Gerald previously shot a love scene with Arci Munoz for the blockbuster film Always Be My Maybe.

When asked to narrate details about his macho dancing scene, Bea dared her leading man, "Ipakita na lang niya, huwag niya ikuwento."

Gerald then pretended to macho dance on the spot and quipped, "Sa gitna ng eksena, gumaganun pa ako [macho dance] kapag alam kong wala sa akin ang camera."

Why did he do the macho dance scene?

"Wala lang, maybe that's just how comfortable I am with her. Saka how I want to make her smile and laugh."

What was Bea's reaction to this particular scene?

“Well, naging kumportable ako dahil nakakatawa.

"Nung ginawa niya ang macho dance, mas naging kumportable ako kasi fun siya."
