Former Star Magic artist Michelle Ayalde is making a comeback in the Philippine music scene via her new album, Hipnotic.
Together with her Worldwide Platinum Records family, Michelle staged a mini concert/presscon at 12 Monkeys restobar in Makati City.
Hipnotic is her seven-track album that was first released in Malaysia last month.

"I'm very happy to see people who have been supporting me since day 1," said Michelle who admittedly felt comfortable performing for a Filipino crowd.
Prior to her album launch, the former Star Magic artist has been doing regular singing gigs in Malaysia since 2012.
Michelle opened the program with "Regrets," a dance track that allowed her to showcase some of her sexy dance moves.
Michelle is very proud to offer an international album composed of songs produced by fellow Filipino musicians.
"The first time I heard the songs, I was stunned. Hindi ko akalain na may ganung kanta para sa akin," said Michelle, who grew up performing ballads.

Michelle gamely performed a duet with her mom Frenylyn who used to be part of a band called Solid Gold.
They sang a moving rendition of "Ikaw," originally performed by Sharon Cuneta.
Another highlight from Michelle's mini concert/presscon was her performance of "Missing You."
Produced by Filipino musician Josh Braganza, it is actually an upbeat song with "hugot" feels.

In the four years that she has been performing in Soju entertainment outlets in Malaysia, Michelle has also given job opportunities to fellow Filipino artists.
"Grinab ko na yung opportunity na magdala ng dancers at ng ibang banda para patunayan na hindi lang ibang lahi ang hardworking at talented. Halos lahat po Pilipino na ngayon dun."

Michelle also performed her carrier single "Hypnotic," an original composition of her producer Pierre Paolo Banaga.
Last month, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) attended her album launch at Soju bar in Sunway, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

After the program, Michelle took souvenir photos with event host Tippy Dos Santos (left) and good friend Marcelino Pomoy.
Michelle (in black crop top and tattered jeans) also had a mini reunion with friends that she met when she was just starting in showbiz (L-R): Alyzon Lualhati, Janus Del Prado and Celine Lirio.
Given a chance, Michelle said she would love to collaborate with Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez.
"Regine talaga. Talagang idol ko siya since bata ako."
