The KrisJoy tandem had the story conference for this new TV show last Thursday, September 15.
Joining them in this TV series are veteran actors Eula Valdes, Snooky Serna, and Chinggoy Alonzo.
Thea Tolentino, who became known for her kontrabida roles in The Half Sisters and Once Again, will also be a part of the Kapuso afternoon show.
Mona Louise Rey, Renz Valerio and newbie actor Bruno Gabriel complete the cast of this new TV show.
According to GMANetwork.com, Joyce will play the role of Rachel, a young lady who longs for the love of her mother while Kristoffer is set to play the character of Junior, a man who will do anything for Rachel.
No further details and airing date have been divulged yet for this new TV series, but it might replace either Sinungaling Mong Puso or Sa Piling Ni Nanay.
On the other hand, another upcoming afternoon series, an adaptation of Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa starring Julie Anne San Jose, LJ Reyes, and Benjamin Alves, is also waiting to be aired on GMA's Afternoon Prime block.
Joyce and Kristoffer have been a love team for 6 years now, starting with the youth-oriented series Tween Hearts in 2010.
Afterwards, the KrisJoy tandem was featured in various TV shows such as Munting Heredera and Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin.
In 2014, they did the TV series Paraiso Ko'y Ikaw but Joyce played the role of a kontrabida while Kristoffer was paired with Kim Rodriguez.
In 2015, KrisJoy reunited in the afternoon series Healing Hearts, the first TV show they topbilled as a love team.
They were last seen in the romantic drama series Because of You which starred Carla Abellana and Gabby Concepcion.
