Pop and R&B singer Daryl Ong finally got the chance to fulfill his dream.
The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 alumnus announced on Instagram that he is working on a new song with his biggest idols in the music industry—OPM's top R&B artists Jay-R and Kris Lawrence, and award-winning composer Vehnee Saturno.
The title of the song and its release date have yet to be revealed but the foursome already started recording for the track on October 20. Daryl expressed his excitement for the upcoming track which he considers a "dream come true."
The 29-year-old ASAP singer wrote on Instagram: "Tagal kong pinangarap to! high-school days palang idol ko na si Jayr Sillona, and si Kris Lawrence naman when I moved here in Manila, and of course ang composer ng hit songs nila na si Sir Vehnee A. Saturno na 5 years ago pa ako nagbabakasakaling maging demo singer niya, ngayon, eto makakasama ko sila sa isang kanta.
Meanwhile, Kris also shared his experience in the recording studio with Daryl, Jay-R, and Vehnee. The R&B singer posted a photo on Instagram and wrote: "ATM. Cookin up something EPIC w/the legend @vehnees, my torpe bro @imdarylong, and the king @rnbjayr!! #BucketListProject."
