Even though Vice Ganda missed out in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival, he took the time to show support for the MMFF 2016 entry Seklusyon.
The TV host-comedian was one of the guests who graced the December 22 premiere held at SM Megamall.
Directed by Erik Matti (rightmost), Seklusyon stars (L-R) Elora Espano, model JR Versales, Phoebe Walker, volleyball player John Vic De Guzman, Ronnie Alonte (of the all-male group Hashtags), and Rhed Bustamante. They are joined in this photo by producer Dondon Monteverde.

Prior to the screening, the cast members had a short press conference at the Sarsa restaurant. During the Q&A, Direk Erik Matti said that they got the idea for Seklusyon from an editor who had a brother who was about to be ordained as a priest.
Child actress Rhed Bustamante is cast as Anghela, a young girl who is believed to have the power to heal sicknesses.
Ronnie Alonte (third from left) is cast as Miguel, a deacon who must face the demons of his past a few days before his ordination.
Phoebe Walker walked the red carpet with John Vic De Guzman (left) and JR Versales. In the film, the characters of John Vic and JR are haunted by their past sins.
Vice Ganda was spotted inside the cinema seated beside Dominic Roque.
Dominic Roque (right) plays a deacon who is also bothered by his guilty conscience.
Vice Ganda is part of It's Showtime, the ABS-CBN noontime show where Ronnie Alonte can also be seen.
Phoebe Walker says that in the international version, viewers got to see Dominic Roque's character rape her when she tried seducing him.
Cristine Reyes watched the horror film with her husband Ali Khatibi.
Ara Mina was also present at the premiere. She described Seklusyon as "pang-international."
Sue Ramirez posted her photo with Ronnie Alonte on her Instagram account and provided the caption: "Proud of you, @hashtag_r2a You guys really should watch the beautiful film directed by Erik Matti! It will open your eyes to the reality that most people are blind to. The movie is worth spending Christmas day, I promise! I also want to congratulate everyone part of the production of the film for doing such a wonderful job! SEKLUSYON, ngayong December 25 na po!"
Barbie Imperial (wearing black) of Pinoy Big Brother was also one of the guests that night.
Julio Diaz was not a cast member of Seklusyon but he showed support for this movie produced by Reality Entertainment.
Meryll Soriano attended the red-carpet screening to show support for Direk Erik. Last year, they worked with each other for the MMFF 2015 entry Honor Thy Father.
When asked if the international version will be shown in the Philippines, producer Dondon Monteverde said that they might release a DVD where other scenes will be shown. Dondon's mother, Lily Monteverde of Regal Films, happily posed with child star Rhed Bustamante.
The red carpet area was decorated with foliage to represent some scenes of the movie which were shot in a forest.
