Marian Rivera's full-length teleserye comeback is finally happening this 2017.
GMA-7's Primetime Queen attended the April 25 story conference of her upcoming drama series, The Good Teacher.
The cast members of this upcoming Kapuso teleserye were also revealed.

D' Originals actress Kim Domingo, tween actress Jillian Ward, Jerald Napoles, and Kristoffer Martin are part of the cast.
Kapuso teen actress Ash Ortega will be paired with newbie Enrico Cuenca for this show. This serves as their first teleserye together after appearing in a viral fast-food commercial.
Julius Esarga, who played the young Dingdong Dantes in Alyas Robin Hood, will also be seen in the series.
Veteran actors Helen Gamboa and Al Tantay, whose last projects were with ABS-CBN, complete the cast members of The Good Teacher.
Helen was previously announced as a cast member of the Kim Chiu-Gerald Anderson teleserye, Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin.
The veteran actress even attended the media announcement of the teleserye in October 2016. Helen has also taped scenes for the Kapamilya series.
However, when teasers were shown, Gina Pareno had taken over Helen's role.
The Good Teacher serves as Helen's first official teleserye with GMA-7.
In 2013, she was supposed to play an important role in the soap opera Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas, as Lovi Poe's grandmother. However, sickness forced her to leave the production.
Meanwhile, Al Tantay was last seen in the 2016 daytime series, Be My Lady, as Erich Gonzales's father.
Al's last GMA series was the 2015 teleserye, The Rich Man's Daughter. Coincidentally, Marian was supposed to take on the lead role in this series, but she had to back out due to her pregnancy.

MARIAN'S COMEBACK. It was in February 2017 when Marian first announced that she would finally do a teleserye this year.
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) on February 17, Marian revealed that her series will cater to children.
Earlier rumors had Marian's comeback series as Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko.
However, GMA Corporate Communications has clarified to PEP.ph that Marian will only serve as a guest in the pilot episode.
In GMA-7's TV plug for its summer programming, it announced that Marian will be hosting an OFW drama anthology titled Tadhana.
At the time, GMANetwork.com also published an article saying Marian would star in the primetime series titled The Good Teacher.
Marian has already returned to Encantadia, where she reprises her role as Ynang Reyna Mine-a.
