Rumored real-life couple Barbie Forteza and Jak Roberto are paired for the first time in an episode of Magpakailanman.
In the episode titled "Ang Babaeng Tinimbang Ngunit Sobra," Barbie will play Melinda, a plus-sized woman who falls in love with her schoolmate played by Jak.
Unfortunately, she was left heartbroken when Jak's character turned her down.
This event urged Melinda to lose weight and transform into a sexy woman.
On Instagram, Barbie and Jak posted behind-the-scenes photos of their taping for the Magpakailanman episode, which is set to air tomorrow, January 6.
One photo showed Barbie sleeping while wearing a fat suit.
Jak posted a photo of him kissing Barbie on the cheeks while the latter is still wearing her fat suit.
Episode director Rechie del Carmen admired Barbie's work ethics, especially since the role required the actress to sit for four hours just for the fat suit.
Direk Rechie wrote on her Instagram post, "@barbaraforteza - thank you!! Pinagaan mo trabaho ko dahil sa husay mo!! I never heard you complain.. 4hrs hrs kang nakaupo habang ginagawa syo ang fat suit ..i salute you!! Im a fan!! It was a pleasure working with you @barbaraforteza!"
Barbie replied in the comments section, "awww!!! Matagal ko na po kayong gustung makatrabaho! Sa wakas, natupad din. Napakasarap niyo pong direktor. Masaya lang. Walang bigat. Bagets na bagets ayaw ni keme rut na kapatid ni baby rut. Sa uulitin po!"
The episode also stars GMA talents Eunice Langusad, Ayeesha Cervantes, and Lucho Ayala.
This will be the first time Barbie and Jak will team up for a show after they were rumored to be a couple last August 2017.
The JakBie love team was formed during the 2017 series Meant To Be, where Jak played as one of Barbie's leading men.
However, Barbie's character ended up with the character played by Ken Chan.
