Bahagi ng nakasaad sa Board Resolution No. 19-15: “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Board of Directors declares as it hereby declares, MR. ERWIN T. TULFO as PERSONA NON GRATA by the Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association, Inc. (PMAAAI) and such declaration shall be governed by the following conditions:

"1. Mr. Tulfo’s presence or participation, physical or by proxy, shall not be appreciated in all activities, programs, or undertakings either sponsored or participated in by the PMAAAI or any of its members and Affiliate Organizations held inside or outside their respective areas of jurisdictions.

"4. For widest dissemination and compliance."

THE TULFO-BAUTISTA RIFT

THE BACKLASH
