“It’s called Mind Games Claudia and people can follow me on social media,” paanyaya ni Claudia.

“Mind Games is a mental health awareness campaign. It’s online.

“It’s gonna be promoted through the use of art, specifically, music.

"So, we’ve been working on content that will bring together and marry the two, music and bringing awareness on mental health.”

“So, I just want to raise awareness on that so that I can reach out to these people.”

Na-exprience niya ang ganitong problema?

“I’ve had my own experiences. People will hear more about it when we release more content.First and foremost, I think, what’s really important is to build a community.

"When you are around people who support you and understand what you’re going through, it’s very helpful in managing whatever you’re going through.

“So that’s why I decided to put together a community, hopefully, of artists who share the same passion of raising awareness about mental health.”

Aware ang family niya about her mental health advocacy?

“Of course, they’re very involved. They’re very supportive.”

Sabi lang niya, “You know, everyone, mental health is a very personal experience.

"Everyone goes through it differently. It’s just a different experience for everyone.

"So, what I’m actually doing is... you know, much broader than just the disorder and the illnesses that come along with it.

“The mental health that I actually am launching reaches farther than that.

“We’re hoping to target not only people with mental illnesses, but even people who just want to be a part of it.

“We all want to be mentally well. We all want to achieve well-being in that area.

“So, it’s for everyone. It really is. It’s really about bringing together a community of artists, because I want to utilize the art in promoting the cause."

“Well, personally, I think it’s important to really understand. Of course, support from your family.

"Like I said, it’s important to have a really strong support system and a community around that understands [and] wants you to get better and feel better.

“But more than that, I think, because it’s such a personal experience, I had to really manage it by seeking help and just being honest with myself about these experiences.”

Aniya, “They just listen to me. They’re just there for me. But, more than anything, because I’m putting something like this...

"It’s only starting to be talked about here in the country, my family has been very supportive.

Tugon niya, “Yes, I think, if you are at that point in your life, you shouldn’t be ashamed of seeking help. It’s really, really important.”
