Regine Velasquez and Sharon Cuneta both got emotional when they kicked off their Iconic concert on October 18, 2019 at the Araneta Coliseum.
Both had their emotional moments, but it was Sharon who cried several times while singing. The Megastar also kept on saying that she was so emotional because of her nearing "vacation" or her upcoming retirement from showbiz.
Sharon and Regine also had their own funny moments at the concert.
One is when Regine suddenly blurted out the 2008 GMA-7 show Pinoy Idol instead of her recent ABS-CBN show Idol Philippines, while introducing its winner Zephanie Dimaranan.
Sharon and Regine also talked about their past leading men in the movies, while making inside jokes about their respective husbands, Senator Kiko Pangilinan and Ogie Alcasid.
The two singers also performed solos and duets of their own songs, which were given a new flavor during the concert.
The second night of the Iconic concert took place last night, October 19.
