Rachel Peters and Miguel Luis "Migz" Villafuerte, governor of Camarines Sur, are now engaged.
The 28-year-old former Miss Universe Philippines titleholder made the announcement on Sunday afternoon, November 10, through Instagram and uploaded photos of her and her beau flaunting her engagement ring.

Rachel and MIgz have been together for five years.
The couple celebrated their 5th anniversary last July 16 with a trip to Kenya.
Rachel posted their couple photo and wrote, "Celebrating 5 years together in the Mara [heart emojis]"
In an interview with ABS-CBN's Magandang Buhay on October 2017, Rachel recalled the first time she met Migz and what made her fall in love with him.
She said, "I was here, I was about to join Miss World. And when I arrived to the Philippines, I didn't know anyone.
"So I was invited to an event in Cam Sur and we met there. It was not a love at first sight. Sobrang hindi ko siya type at first.
"But then, the more time we spent together, I realized he really has a good heart. His heart is always in the right place and, you know, he loves his family.
"And for me, those are two important things to look for in a guy."
