Sunshine Cruz plays victim of domestic abuse in MMK

ABS-CBN's Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) will continue to touch viewers' hearts through an empowering drama episode this Saturday (November 22) starring Sunshine Cruz.



Sunshine will portray the role of Cynthia, a loving wife and mother who puts her family’s welfare over her happiness. She wants her family intact so much that she endures her miserable life with her abusive husband who is unreasonably jealous, overprotective, and possessive even with their children.



Will Cynthia find the courage to stand up for her children when she discovers they have become victims of domestic abuse by their own father?

MMK, considered the longest-running drama anthology in Asia, airs every Saturday, 7:15PM, after Home Sweetie Home on ABS-CBN.
