After introducing the board of directors and pageant judges, the Top 16 contenders (in no particular order) have been announced by host KC Montero.

13. Miss Pasig Riana Agatha Pangindian
14. Miss Paranaque Ysabella Roxas Ysmael
15. Miss Taguig City Sandra Lemonon
16. Miss Biliran Skelly Ivy Florida
Miss Biliran was hailed as the Lazada Top Voter, garnering 300,000 votes from October 15 to 22.
Soon after the top 15 candidates were announced, they went through an initial Q&A portion.
