“Actually, I was messaged by an Indian community. They are trying to ask for the name of my dad.
“But as of the moment, I still have no contact or any trace, where is he right now.
“Because the last time I heard, he’s in Chicago and he’s practicing as a doctor.”
“I think it was his plan to abandon us, ‘cause what happened was when he went back to the U.S., his two brothers are still here studying.
“And then all of a sudden, all of the connection were cut. And my mother went to the school to talk to his two brothers, but unfortunately they also left for the U.S.”
“If there will be one advice that I would like to give, never try to plant any hatred or anger over your biological dad.
“Because it’s gonna ruin you. It’s gonna ruin your perspective in life always.
“Try to understand the situation even though it hurts you the most.
“Even though you think there is no acceptable reason to have that kind of situation.
“Always try to see things differently and always choose to be kind.”
HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
“My life is an open book. I’ve always shared to people that I had my humble beginnings," sabi ng dalaga.
“When I was in college, I was a scholar. But at the same time, I really need to work.
“So, I do give out flyers, I had a part-time job. At the same time, I would model for brands.
“Because I need to earn something to sustain my baon and give my mama some allowance.
"At an early age. I’ve been working really, really hard.
“And I told myself that this is not the life that me and my family deserves, that’s why I tried my best to graduate with flying colors, and I actually did.
“I was able to give the speech on behalf of the graduates, because I graduated as university valedictorian.”
“Even if you’re suffering from poverty, it’s not a hindrance for you to become successful in your chosen field, because I was able to overcome everything with hard work and with prayers.”
RABIYA'S POST ABOUT HER FATHER
Nabanggit din ni Rabiya na naging independent woman siya “because of the situation that happened in the past but I never blamed you for it.”
Pangako niya, “I will continue to be a breadwinner to our family, a good daughter to Mama, and a good role model to Mokmok.
“I will push myself to a new and greater limit every single day so that when the time comes and we meet again, you will tell everyone how proud you are that I'm your daughter and who knows, when that day comes I might be a doctor like you.
“I pray that wherever you are, you're surrounded by people who love you and take good care of you.
“I hope you still think about me because I always think about you. Happy Father's Daddy and I miss you so much.”
