Kahapon, June 4, 2021, sa post ni Rabiya tungkol sa kanyang dasal na sana ay magkaroon siya ng matatag na puso, pinaalala ng isang netizen ang deklarasyon ng Ilongga beauty queen na, "I can make a man stay."
Sinabi ito ni Rabiya noong November 2020 sa isang panayam kung saan nagkuwneto siya tungkol sa anim na taong relasyon nila ni Neil.
Ang sabi ng 24-year-old na si Rabiya, si Neil ang kauna-unahan niyang karelasyon.
“We’ve been dating for six years. He’s my first boyfriend... We’ve been together since college."
Dagdag pa niya, “I can make a man stay!”
Fastforward to June 2021, sabi pa ng netizen, “Maybe you will find someone who will love you truly, and that girl who will never leave you. @neilow Don't give up. I don't know why you guys broke up, however, I want to remind this girl,@rabiyamateo you chose this path, be ready about the your future. And I think you should also apologize to all Filipinos, because you hurt them as well, because of your statement. ‘I can make a man stay.’"
May advice din siya kay Rabiya, at may sinabi tungkol kay Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up na si Venus Raj.
Dagdag ng netizen, “How could you explain it? Your life is now complicated. I am not a fan, however, you should make a good plan for your future I am not saying you should be like @onlyvenusraj well maybe.
“Overall, remember, fame and money is not the real happiness. Find yourself.”
Hindi sumagot dito si Rabiya.
Sa halip, si Neil ang kumumpronta sa netizen.
Ani Neil, masaya raw sila pareho ng ex-girlfriend sa kanilang desisyon. At wala raw dapat ipaliwanag ang Pinay beauty queen sa mga Pilipino.
Buong sagot ni Neil, “happiness is a choice, we're both happy with our decision, stop doing this kind of narrative. She doesn't need to apologize to anyone.”
NEIL AND RABIYA'S BREAKUP
Kumpirmadong hiwalay na sina Neil at Rabiya base sa post ng una sa kanyang Instagram Stories kahapon, June 4.
Kaugnay nito, ikinalungkot ng medical frontliner ang mga negatibong komentong nabasa niya ukol sa kanila ng dating nobya.
Si Neil ay isang nurse at nagtatrabaho sa Saint Luke's Medical Center.
Sabi ni Neil, "Spreading rumor eithout even knowing the real story is just too much.
"We don’t deserve all the negativities manifested towards us, esp towards rab, she worked hard to achieve whatever she has right now, and she deserves it all."
At kahit hiwalay na sila ni Rabiya ay nananatili silang masaya sa kani-kanilang mga buhay.
Pahayag pa ni Neil, "It’s NEVER okay to degrade a person just to prove a point, I mean, if you have nothing good to say, it’s better to keep within yourself."
Pag-amin niya: "The real thing is, we're not together anymore, but we're both okay, moving forward, we talked and we're both happy with our own lives.
