by FM Ganal Vice Ganda admits he feels hurt when people ask for a change in It's Showtime's format, especially when they "don't really understand" the ins and outs of the noontime program.
The celebrity host-actor says during the Summit Sandwich Session on June 15, 2021: "Masakit kapag may naririnig kang mga okray, kasi they can only presume and assume but they don't really understand...
"Hindi nila alam yung hirap na pinagdadaanan ng show ngayon kung paano makapag-mount o makapag-launch ng mga bagong segments."
