Phenomenal British rock band Coldplay is set to appear on ASAP Natin 'To this Sunday, July 11, 2021.
This was first announced by ASAP Natin 'To's official social-media pages on July 4 through a video of Coldplay's vocalist/rhythm guitarist/pianist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland inviting the viewers to watch.
Chris said, "Hi, I'm Chris and this is Jonny, saying hello to everyone listening in the Philippines."
Jonny then asked the viewers to catch the band's performance of its latest single titled "Higher Power."
Coldplay also promoted its guest appearance on ASAP Natin 'To on their official Facebook account today, July 7, 2021.
The page's caption read (published as is): "Hello Kapamilya! The band will be performing Higher Power for ASAP Natin To LIVE this Sunday, July 11, 12 NN on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5. Please watch out for it - it's a special one! ABS-CBN"
This will be the first time Coldplay will be making an appearance in any Filipino variety program.
The last concert of Coldplay in the Philippines was held on April 4, 2017 at the SM Mall of Asia.
