Nakasaad sa mensahe ng Kapuso actress: “Hey @grabfoodph, your rider stole my order. He won’t answer texts or calls.”

Komento ng isang netizen: “Shame on these people who act all high and might but upon some slight inconvenience, uses their clout to publicly shame people.”

Sabi naman ng isa: “@jascurtissmith did you just simply took down your post when your ‘stolen’ food arrived? No public apology, for public shaming him just because you can?”

Saad ng isa pang netizen: “Hmmm sana di na ipost, i know di mo nakuha u g fud mo pero pwede nman ireport sa app. What if nagkaprob lang .

Buong mensahe ni Jasmine: “Hi, I've taken it down and I did simultaneously report it in the app, and via twitter. The Grab team has processed my refund. Wala po sa halaga ang concern. Thank you for your advice and will take this on board next time.”

Sabi ng kumpanya: "Hi there, Jasmine! So sorry to hear about this. We've responded to your DM. Rest assured that an investigation is already underway and we'll keep you posted. Thank you."
