The stars of Click recently went on a trip down memory lane.
Six members of the first batch members of GMA-7’s defunct youth-oriented series had a mini-reunion on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
Present at the reunion were Biboy Ramirez, Danica Sotto, Tricia Roman, Trina Zuniga a.k.a. Kat Maderazo, Jason Red, and James Blanco.
Tricia and Biboy posted photos of their reunion on their respective social media accounts.
Their mini get-together comes nine months after the Click barkada’s virtual first batch reunion on PEP Live, the online talk show of PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in June 2021.
Present at the June 2021 reunion were Click first batch stars Maybelyn dela Cruz, Erwin Aquino, Joseph Ison, and Sherwin Ordonez.
The other Click first batch cast members who were not able to make it to both reunions were Roxanne Barcelo, Cogie Domingo, Danilo Barrios, and Alessandra de Rossi.
Also part of Click batch one's main cast was the late actor Miko Sotto, whom they remembered during their PEP Live reunion.
Click's first batch also included Angelika dela Cruz, Wendell Ramos, Wowie de Guzman, and Antoinette Taus, who all played older characters in the show.
Click, tagged as the longest-running youth-oriented show of GMA-7, aired from December 1999 to July 2004. It spawned many batches and groomed some of today's biggest stars.
The succeeding batches of Click gave rise to many stars, such as Angel Locsin, Chynna Ortaleza, Jake Cuenca, Iya Villania, Valerie Concepcion, JC De Vera, and Richard Gutierrez. All of them are still active today.
In 2011, the stars of Click from all batches had a big reunion, which was attended by their director, Mac Alejandre, and the late star builder German “Kuya Germs” Moreno, who was Click’s creative consultant.
