TikTok Philippines will be honoring the brightest and most entertaining content creators and celebrities in the country for the 2nd TikTok Awards Philipines.
This year, TikTok Awards PH has divided its categories into two sets: the People’s Choice Category and the Judges’ Pick Categories.
For the People's Choice Categories, TikTok users will get a chance to vote for their favorite creator among the list of preselected fan-favorite nominees until August 12, 2022.
Winners of the Judes' Pick categories, on the other hand, will be selected by a panel of judges.
Among the highly anticipated categories for this year is the Celebrity of the Year category. Five Kapuso stars are nominated in this category which include Althea Ablan, Kyline Alcantara, Cassy Legaspi, and Dasuri Choi.
Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu, Ivana Alawi, Joshua Garcia, Vice Ganda, and TV5 host Yukii Takahashi also made it to this year's shortlist of Celebrity of the Year nominees.
P-Pop fans also get the chance to vote for their favorite groups. This year's nominees for P-Pop Group of the Year are 1st.One, VER5US, Alamat, BGYO, BINI, Calista, Dione, G22, KAIA, LITZ, MNL48, 4th Impact, YARA, SB19, PPOP Generation, Press Hit Play, R Rules, SB New Gen, VXON, Daydream, and XOXO.

Among this year's performers are siblings Rayver and Rodjun Cruz, sisters Niana and Natalia Guerrero, Darren Espanto, Zephanie, Ken San Jose, Awra Briguela, Adie, Jed Madela, Mavy Legaspi, Kyline Alcantara, BGYO, BINI, and MNL48.
TikTok Awards PH will be streaming on Saturday, August 20, at 7:00 PM on its official accounts on TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook.
