The Bootleg Beatles, the world's premier Beatles cover band, is making its way back to the Philippines!
The talented quartet, composed of Steve White (Paul McCartney), Stephen Hill (George Harrison), Tyson Kelly (John Lennon), and Gordon Elsmore (Ringo Starr) will rekindle Beatlemania among diehard Pinoy fans at their comeback show in Manila on October 30, 2022 at the PICC Plenary Hall.
For this concert, the group will commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of the Please Please Me LP, which gave birth to timeless songs such as "Twist And Shout" and "I Saw Her Standing There," among many other Fab Four hits.
This isn't the band's first Manila gig. In fact, the group had already performed at sold-out shows in the country back in 2018 and 2016.
Dubbed as the "best tribute act" in the world, the Bootleg Beatles have been covering the iconic band for 42 years!
The group was first established on March 26, 1980, after Beatlemania, the Broadway-to-London musical closed six weeks earlier.
The pioneer members include Neil Harrison as John Lennon, André Barreau as George Harrison, David Birch as Paul McCartney, and the late Jack Lee Elgood on drums as Ringo Starr.
The group had several line-up changes since then and has headlined over 4,500 shows all across the globe.
