British pop star Anne-Marie can't wait to see her Filipino fans.
The "2002" singer will be bringing her Dysfunctional Tour to Manila this October 16, 2022. Her one-night show, organized by Wilbros Live, will be held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
In a video posted on Wilbros Live's official Instagram account on Sunday, October 16, 2022, the 31-year-old singer/songwriter expressed her excitement about meeting her Pinoy fans once again.
She said, "Hey Philippines, it's Anne-Marie! One week to go before my show in Manila. I look forward to seeing you all on October 16th at the New Frontier Theater."
Anne-Marie ended her message with a Tagalog phrase saying, "Mahal ko kayo!"
In her interview with MJ Felipe for TV Patrol aired last Saturday, October 8, 2022, Anne-Marie said she can't wait to express her gratitude towards her Filipino fans in person during the concert.
She said, "To my Filipino fans, I am so excited to see you again and also meet some new fans that I've had along the way.
"It's been too long since I've been there. I just wanna thank you for the support."
Anne-Marie's Dysfunctional Tour in Manila also marks the British singer's second visit to the country following her promo tour here back in 2018.
Anne-Marie debuted in the British music scene in 2015. Some of her chart-topping hits are "Friends," "2002," "To Be Young," "Rockabye," and "Our Song," among many others.
In 2021, Anne-Marie joined The Voice UK as one of its coaches.
In the same year, she did a vlog on Warner Music's official YouTube channel reacting to covers of her song "2002," which included performances from Morisette Amon and social media personality Miss Everything.
