May pag-asa pa bang magbalikan sina Juan Carlos "JK" Labajo at Maureen Wroblewitz?
Ito ang inalam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sa eksklusibong panayam kay JK sa 13th Star Awards for Music sa Newport Performing Arts Theater noong October 12, 2022.
June 2022 nang kumpirmahin nina JK, 21, at Maureen, 24, na nauwi sa hiwalayan ang apat na taon nilang relasyon.
Isang madamdaming mensahe ng pamamaalam ang ipinost noon ni JK sa kanyang Facebook kunsaan tinawag niyang nag-iisang "buwan" si Maureen.
Si Maureen ang muse ng hit song ni JK na "Buwan," at si JK naman ang first boyfriend ng Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 5 winner.
"Iyan ang hindi ko alam," sambit ni JK hinggil sa posibilidad na magbalikan sila ni Maureen.
Dugtong niya, "I'm not closing any doors, but right now, I'm focused more on myself, and so is she.
"I have to focus on my priorities, myself, my family, everything. Sarili muna. That's all that matters naman."
Wala raw bitterness si JK sa breakup nila ni Maureen.
"I'm good, nothing bad is going on naman. It was more of a decision that was made mutually.
"Things are supposed to happen talaga. We all go through different phases in life. It's all about growth at the end of the day."
Mas gusto raw baunin ni JK ang mahalagang aral sa natuldukang pag-iibigan nila ng dating nobya.
Paliwanag niya, "Sometimes you have to let things be. People come and go and you go through different experiences in life.
"The most valuable part of what happened, there's no regret. It's all about the things that we've learned together. That's all that matters."
Ang mahalaga, may komunikasyon pa rin ang ex-couple hanggang ngayon.
Ani JK, "Yes, we're on good terms. We're good. Friendship, that's important.
"Parte siya ng buhay at nakaraan ko. She's always gonna be there."
Masaktan kaya siya sakaling magkaroon ng bagong boyfriend si Maureen?
Sagot ni JK, "Of course, that's her life, that's her decision to make. I mean, we're mature individuals."

JK READY FOR NEW SINGLE
Pinarangalan si JK ng Star Awards for Music ng All Around Artist and Frontman Recognition Award.
Celebrity guest performer din siya sa okasyon at masaya siya na bumabalik na ang sigla ng live performances at concerts.
"Iba yung face to face, live performances, face-to-face interviews. You're able to connect well. It's hard to do that through screen lang," sabi niya.
Excited si JK dahil may mga bagong aabangan ang fans sa kanyang musika.
"Naku, maraming compositions, especially with the things that I've gone through. I have been writing quite a few songs for a long time na rin naman."
BACK TO ACTING
Ibinalita rin ni JK na balik na siya sa pag-arte. Huli siyang napanood sa telebisyon sa ABS-CBN series na A Love To Last at sa Cinemalaya movie na Blue Room.
Pagbabahagi ng singer-actor, "Right now, I have an upcoming movie project and an upcoming series.
"I do miss acting. It's different, it's fun. Siguro kaunting pahinga muna sa music after kong ma-i-release yung new single."
Kapansin-pansin ding bumagay kay JK ang pagbawas niya ng timbang.
"I have a proper, healthier diet, and I go to the gym to exercise. I am preparing for a role so kailangan.
"I guess that's part of the fire again for getting back into acting," sabi ni JK.
