Drag Race Philippines announced Sunday, October 30, that the casting for the second season of the biggest Drag competition in the country is finally open.
In a post by the American production company World of Wonder (WOW), the show is looking for the next batch of aspiring drag superstars with charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent to become the Philippines’ Next Drag Superstar.
“Mabu-haaay, Season 2! Casting has officially begun for #DragRacePH S2! If you have the Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent to become the Philippines’ Next Drag Superstar, show us how you pop off ate and apply before December 1 at dragraceph.com,” the producers said in a tweet (published as is).
Aspirants may visit www.dragraceph.com, fill up the online form with personal details, and submit the necessary documents like Authority Form, Participation Agreement, and Proof of Identification on or before December 1.
Drag Race Philippines Season 2
On October 19, a week after the finale of the inaugural season of Drag Race Philippines, production company World of Wonder (WOW) confirmed that the show was renewed for a second season.
It also shared that Untucked, a spin-off series featuring the behind-the-scenes and unseen footage of the show, has been green-lit.
Drag Race Philippines has yet to release more details about the production and the premiere date of Season 2.

In the first-ever Drag Race Philippines, Precious Paula Nicole was named winner of the competition.
After 10 episodes of various challenges, runway looks, and lip-sync battles, Precious bested 11 other Filipino drag queens in the show and took home a one-year supply of ONE/SIZE beauty cosmetics by Patrick Starrr and a cash prize of P1 million.
