Si Maggie ay dating beauty queen-host na may-ari ng interior design at furniture shop na Acasa Manila.
Si Victor, estranged husband ni Maggie, ay founder at CEO ng construction at real estate company na Victor Consunji Development Corp. o VCDC.
Si Victor ay anak ni Isidro Consunji, ang business tycoon na namumuno sa family-owned mega construction and real estate company na DMCI Holdings Inc.
Napabalitang natimbog ng awtoridad ang "trusted" employee ni Victor na pinangalanang Lana Faith Johnson, noong November 11, 2022, ayon sa ulat ng bilyonaryo.com.
Si Johnson ay kinilalang public relations director ng Victor Consunji Development Corp.
Ayon sa source ng bilyonaryo.com, nahuli sa isang "entrapment operation" si Johnson na nag-isyu ng diumano'y pekeng resibo ng kumpanya sa isang kliyente na inirereklamo siya ngayon.
Kahapon, November 13, 2022, ibinahagi ni Maggie ang aniya'y nalalaman niya tungkol sa isang "trusted" female associate ng mister na nagnanakaw umano rito.
Hindi man direktang pinangalanan ni Maggie si Victor at ang empleyado nito, mahihinuhang ang napabalitang isyu kaugnay ng publicist ng kumpanya ng mister ang tinutukoy ni Maggie.
Sabi ni Maggie, siniraan umano siya ng publicist ni Victor para "i-divert" ang atensiyon ng mister.
Hindi raw maintindihan noon ni Maggie kung bakit mas pinili pang maniwala ni Victor sa ibang tao kaysa sa kanya na asawa nito.

MAGGIE AND VICTOR'S SEPARATION
Sa kabilang banda, hindi kaila sa publiko ang kontrobersiyal na hiwalayan at demandahan sa pagitan ng mag-asawang Maggie at Victor.
Isinapubliko ni Maggie ang hiwalayan nila ni Victor noong September 27, 2021 matapos ang 11 taong pagsasama.
Sinabi noon ni Maggie na walang bad blood sa separation nila ni Victor.
Pero kinalaunan, naglabas si Maggie ng mga pahiwatig sa dinaanang marital issues nila ni Victor, pati na mga di pagkakasunduan nila pagdating sa co-parenting nila sa kanilang unico hijo ngayong hiwalay sila.
Hanggang sa noong July 2022, naiulat na inireklamo ni Victor ng adultery si Maggie, dahil sa pakikipagrelasyon umano ni Maggie sa Thai-British digital entrepreneur na si Tim Connor. Si Tim ay kinilalang business partner at malapit na kaibigan ni Maggie.
Kinuwestiyon naman ni Maggie ang kasong adultery na isinampa sa kanya.
