"A thrilling psychological chamber drama with surprising plot twists. An unexpected real-time masterpiece with minimal but perfect filmmaking.

"About Us is not about us but about how to make cinema with what we have," ang papuri ng mga hurado ng 26th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival sa pelikula ni Lana na naghatid ng bagong karangalan sa Pilipinas.

Sa kanyang acceptance speech, sabi ni Lana, "I made this film at the height of the pandemic when I was going through a lot...

"I didn't know where to go or who to go to. I only have my art. I made a script and turned it into film.

"I didn't know if it was gonna resonate with anyone. So when I got invited by the festival... I felt seen, I felt validated.

"Tonight, you gave me a greater gift. This inspires me to continue being present and continue telling stories."

"I was worried I would feel so intimidated and alienated by my co-juries since I am young and also the only Asian juror in the First Feature Competition, but I have felt immediately welcomed from the very first day we all met.

"This still feels surreal right now but I am taking in every moment," ang pagbabahagi ni Therese tungkol sa mga karanasan niya sa international film festival na kanyang dinaluhan.
