Proud na ibinida ng Kapamilya TV host na si Robi Domingo ang ginawang kabayanihan ng kanyang ina na si Dr. Mary Ann Domingo, matapos nitong tumulong sa isang empleyadong nasugatan dahil sa maliit na sunog.
Sa Instagram nitong Huwebes, January 19, 2023, ikinuwento ni Robi kung paano sumaklolo ang kanyang inang physician nang malamang may isang waiter na nasugatan sa sunog sa kinakainan nilang restaurant.
Ayon kay Robi, hindi naman malala ang sunog ngunit nagtamo pa rin ng minor burns ang waiter at kinailangan nitong lapatan ng agarang lunas.
Kuwento niya, “Had an afternoon date with my mama then an incident happened in a restaurant.
“People inside were alarmed because a small flame was seen emerging from the kitchen.
“Thankfully it was contained and the staff was telling everyone that everything was under control, but one of the waiters/chefs got some minor burns.”
Nang malaman ng restaurant manager na doktor ang ina ni Robi, hindi raw nagdalawang-isip ang manager na lumapit dito at humingi ng tulong sa kanila.
Hindi naman daw nag-atubiling tumulong ang ina ni Robi na agad itinigil ang pagkain at nagpunta sa sugatang employee.
Saad ni Robi, “I told them that just in case, my date is a physician and she can offer her expertise.”
“The manager asked for my mama’s help and she immediately stopped eating her red velvet, rushing to see the injured employee.”
Dahil dito, mas lalo raw bumilib si Robi sa kanyang ina na itinuturing niyang “hero.”
Aniya, “That moment made me proud as I told the universe, 'Mama ko ‘yan.'
“Minutes after the treatment and consultation, the waiter/chef went to us and thanked mama for helping him.
“This is one of the million reasons why I can truly say my parents are my heroes.”
Samantala, sa comments section ng post ni Robi ay bumuhos ang pagsaludo nmula sa kanyang mga tagahanga at kapwa celebrities.
