Sa kanyang Instagram post dated March 5, 2023, nagbigay ng pahiwatig si Sharon Cuneta na bukas siya sa posibilidad na magtrabaho sa ibang TV network.
March 2015 nang bumalik si Sharon sa bakuran ng ABS-CBN, makalipas ang apat na taon na paglipat niya sa TV5.
Mula noon ay naging bahagi siya sa limang shows ng Kapamilya Network.
Pero ngayon ay inamin niya na wala pang klarong offer sa kanya ang home network.
Pagtatapat ni Sharon sa kanyang sitwasyon ngayon, “For the first time in all these decades, I don’t have a long-term contract with my station.”
Nauunawaan naman umano niya kung bakit.
“I know it is a number of things that have caused this.
“We lost our franchise, the station has way too many stars now and we of the ‘old guard’ have to give way.”

Kaya ang naging disposisyon niya, “So while I will always be there when they need me and will always be grateful, I guess it is understandable that I for now consider myself a free agent.
“It’s time I opened myself up to other stations that may need my services, while always keeping my Kapamilya ‘duties,’ if and when they come.”
Sambit pa niya, “One goes only where one is needed.”
Pero pagtitiyak ni Sharon, “And no, wala pa akong nakakausap na kahit sino mula sa kahit anong istasyon, for the record lang po.”

Kasabay ng anunsiyo ni Sharon, nilinaw din niya na, “I have been and will always be a Kapamilya.”
Mahal umano niya ang ABS-CBN.
“My memory and loyalty are unquestionable.
“But a girl’s gotta work where she can and where she’s wanted.”
Pasubali pa niya, “See you again hopefully soon, whenever you may need me!”
Huling napanood sa defunct Kapamilya prime-time series na FPJ's Ang Probinsyano, na nagtapos sa ere noong August 2022. Nakatrabaho ni Sharon doon si Coco Martin.
Nagbigay siya ng mensahe kay Coco.
Aniya, “Coco, anak, ikaw ang may malasakit sa akin at lagi akong iniisip.
“Abot-langit ang pasasalamat ko sa iyo, at habang buhay kitang mamahalin!”
SHARON CUNETA'S SHOWS IN ABS-CBN
Binanggit din ng Megastar na nasa ABS-CBN na siya simula noong 1988, nang nagsisimula pa lang bumangon muli ang network matapos ipasara noong panahon ng martial law.
“I did three shows with them which carried my name—The Sharon Cuneta Show for eleven years, SHARON for six years, and the third, also called SHARON, for another six or so years.”
Ginawa rin umano niya ang Starpower, at The Biggest Loser.
Naging coach din siya sa The Voice Kids at The Voice Teens, at naging judge sa Your Face Sounds Familiar.
“And of course, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, which I owe largely to my ‘son’ Coco Martin, who handpicked me for the role of Aurora Guillermo.”
