Nagpatutsada si Maggie Wilson sa aniya'y harassment sa kanya ng kaibigan ni Rachel Carrasco na idinemanda siya ng cyber libel.
Ngayong Huwebes, March 16, 2023, nag-post ng Instagram Story si Maggie para ibalitang ibinasura ng piskalya ang reklamong cyber libel na isinampa laban sa kanya ng isang nagngangalang " Patricia Kelly Parreño Librojo."
Hindi idinetalye ni Maggie kung anong eksaktong post ang pinag-ugatan ng cyber libel complaint. Pero idiniin niyang "baseless" ito.
Sabi ni Maggie: "Today I received an order from the court that Rachel Carrasco's friend and business partner Patricia Kelly Parreño Librojo, who I have never met or spoken to, filed a baseless criminal cyber libel case against me in mid-2022 has been DISMISSED.
"It's disgusting that she like others used our already overstretched Philippines court system to shamelessly harass and intimidate me and my family."
Sabi pa ni Maggie patungkol kay Rachel at sa kaibigan nito: "I guess these types of people are cut from the same cloth."
VICTOR CONSUNJI'S STATEMENT LAST FEBRUARY
Sanga-sangang legal issues ang kinahaharap ni Maggie dala ng hiwalayan nila ng estranged husband na si Victor Consunji.
Noong February 23, 2023, isinapubliko ni Victor na nagtatago umano si Maggie sa batas dahil sa patung-patong na kasong inihain niya at ng iba pang indibidwal laban sa dating beauty queen-actress.
Ayon kay Victor, may tatlong arrest warrants laban kay Maggie para sa kasong adultery, at 16 arrest warrants para sa kasong cyber libel.
Base ito sa official statement na ipinadala ni Victor sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
Sabi pa ni Victor, kung noon ay pumapayag siya sa "amicable separation" nila ni Maggie, ngayon ay napilitan daw siyang idaan sa legal na paraan ang mga isyu nila ng estranged wife.
Hindi raw palalampasin ni Victor ang paninira ni Maggie, na hindi raw maganda ang epekto sa kanilang anak.
“She is currently a fugitive, unwilling to face judgement, fleeing as an admission of her own guilt. Her relatives, who occupy my property, are in violation of my lease contract.
“Lastly, she faces multiple civil cases pertaining to the collection of unrecovered funds and swindled investments," bahagi ng pahayag ni Victor.
Nakatanggap din noon ang PEP.ph ng official statement mula kay Rachel Carrasco, na umalma rin sa mga paninirang-puri umano ni Maggie.
Partikular na raw rito ang "references" ni Maggie sa noo'y "unborn daughter" ni Rachel.
Sabi noon ni Rachel: "If Ms. Wilson truly feels that she is entitled to all her claims, then I urge her to come back to the Philippines, face the consequences of her actions, and file her complaints in the proper legal forums.
"Rather, she has been hiding behind her social media accounts, continuously vilifying and shaming Mr. Consunji and I, the people we love, and the justice systems of our home country she also claims she wants to go back to."

MAGGIE wilson ON BEING APART FROM HER son
Sa parte ni Maggie, nagpahiwatig siya ng pangungulila sa anak nila ni Victor na si Connor, pati na sa ibang mahal sa buhay.
Wala sa Pilipinas si Maggie sa kasalukuyan.
Mensahe niya sa kanyang Instagram post na may petsang March 15:
"I missed out on my sons birthday, several school functions, milestones, events, job opportunities and I might even miss out on a dear friends’ wedding because of other peoples egoism and narcissism.
"Despite this, I am deeply grateful for the life I have started rebuilding. I look forward to the day I get to be reunited with the people I love and hold close to my heart.
"When that day comes, I will be ready to show them the best, and strongest version of me. I will show them an even better life than the one I thought I previously had."
Positibo raw si Maggie sa kabila ng pinagdadaanang mga pagsubok.
