Si Gabrielle Lantzer ng Malate ang itinanghal na Miss Manila 2023 sa grand coronation na ginanap sa The Metropolitan Theater, sa Maynila, noong Biyernes, June 23, 2023.
Kinoronahan naman bilang Miss Manila Tourism si Angela Okol ng Paco, at Miss Manila Charity si Anna Carres de Mesa ng Sta. Mesa.
Si Karen Nicole Piccio ng Pureza Sta. Mesa ang first runner-up, at si Francine Tajanlangit ng Roxas Boulevard ang second runner-up.

Sa final question-and-answer portion, kung saan ang tanong ay “In celebration of Araw ng Maynila what tagline or slogan would you propose to be used to promote Manila?” ay ito ang naging sagot ni Gabrielle:
“I think a tagline or slogan that could be used on Araw Ng Maynila is 'The day of change.' The reason being for this is that Manila has gone through so many changes throughout its time and throughout its formation and I feel like that type of slogan would really showcase and represent all the changes Manila has gone through for it to become what it is today, the great city of Manila.”
Nanalo rin si Gabrielle ng tatlong special awards: Miss EW Villa Medica Manila, Best in Swimsuit, at Best in Evening Gown.
Bilang Miss Manila ay nag-uwi si Gabrielle ng isang milyong pisong cash prize; korona na yari sa diamonds, sapphires, at Pearl of the Orient na gawa ng Arca Bespoke Jewelry; PHP250,000 worth of services mula sa EW Villa Medica Manila; at round-trip business class ticket to any international destination of her choice mula sa Philippine Airlines (PAL).
Sina Angela at Anna, bilang Miss Manila Tourism at Miss Manila Charity, respectively, ay nanalo ng PHP100,000 cash each at round-trip ticket to any local destination of their choice mula sa PAL.
Si Angela ay hinirang ding Fans Choice Award, samantalang si Anna ay napili rin bilang Miss Photogenic by San Miguel Corporation.
Ang iba pang special awardees ay sina Hanna Cruz (Sampaloc) bilang Miss Philippines Airlines at Rethy Rosa (Maceda Sampaloc) bilang Miss Riverpark Centralis.
Ang runners-up ay nagwagi ng PHP50,000 cash at roundtrip ticket to any local destination mula sa PAL.
