Influencer/showbiz personality Herlene Budol won the title Miss Tourism Philippines 2023, while Cagayan de Oro's Nikki de Moura won the crown Miss Grand Philippines 2023.
Other winners are Bagumbayan, Quezon City's Michelle Arceo (Miss Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas), Tarlac's Francine Reyes (Miss Eco Teen Philippines), Caloocan City's Shanon Tampon (1st Runner-up), and Charie Manalo Sergio (2nd Runner-up).
