Kapuso actor Rob Gomez took to social media to share his message to beauty queen Shaila Rebortera and their infant daughter Amelia.

The letter, posted on Sunday, August 27, 2023, on Instagram, suggests that Rob is attempting to get his family back after getting embroiled in a controversy this month.
It can be recalled that Shaila revealed that she and Rob have a daughter.
The announcement came as a shock as many thought that Rob was single, something that he himself hinted at Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on August 3, 2023.
To many, Shaila's decision to come clean was a response to Rob's claim that he's unattached.
The issue took a turn for the worse when Shaila posted photos on Instagram showing bruises on her body.
Did Rob physically hurt the mother of his child? This was the question asked by many after seeing Shaila's post.
Shaila lamented, "After over a year of being silent about the abuse, I'm happy I was able to speak the truth.
"Just hours after the photos of the bruises were uploaded, his mother asked me to say sorry in exchange for being able to stay with them.
"I decided to leave."

"MY CHOICE EVERY DAY..."
In his latest post, Rob said that he wants to be with Shaila and Amelia again, and wants to mend their fractured relationship.
"I now understand why distance is the hardest thing to give family," wrote Rob.
"This is my why, my princess, my queen, my sunshine and my world.
"My choice every day, in this lifetime and the next."
Shaila and Amelia, according to Rob, "are not an option for me to lose."
Rob vowed to "keep my promises to you this time" and that he loves Shaila and Amelia and they mean "more than anything in this world."
Rob's letter was accompanied by photos of him with his family during happier times.
This is first time that the actor posted photos of Shaila and their daughter on his Instagram account.
Meanwhile, friends and showbiz colleagues of Rob expressed their support through the comments section of his post.
