Bayambang Mayor Niña Jose-Quiambao: “You can criticize someone respectfully. We, I speak in behalf of public officials (and not just 'politicians') this includes teachers, people in authority, etc deserve respect too. Also again, before you say something bad about us make sure may nagawa na kayo sa bayan nyo Hindi yung puro opinion lang etc.”

Ang titulo ng memo: “Importance of good manners, respect and courtesy (GMRC) and etiquette in social media: enhancing partnership with parents”

Mensahe niya (published as is) “Yes, I am OA, I Am Pikon, I am Unbecoming, Yes, Yes you are all heard and validated.

“Ok lang naman for me, I am still standing by my actions and if this is the consequence it’s okay. Ano pa ba, Patolera? Bakit ka NagMayor eh Pikon ka pala? lagay nyo lahat dito.

“Yes Im a public official, but I am also a human being, and again like what I said, freedom of speech doesn’t give you any right to disrespect anyone.”

Dugtong niya, “You can criticize someone respectfully. We, I speak in behalf of public officials (and not just 'politicians') this includes teachers, people in authority, etc deserve respect too.

“Also again, before you say something bad about us make sure may nagawa na kayo sa bayan nyo Hindi yung puro opinion lang etc.”

Pinuna umano siya ng nag-message, subalit “It wasn’t in a mocking way, it was constructive criticism.”

Aniya, “Also, not all public officials are the same, not all politicians are trapo, that’s the problem with our society today feel na feel nyo genegeneralize nyo lahat ng politicians parepareho… no, Hindi lahat pareho sa iniisip nyo.
