Mariing inalmahan ni Maggie Wilson ang resolusyon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na ibasura ang apela nila ni Tim Connor sa kasong adultery na isinampa ng estranged husband ng beauty queen-actress na si Victor Consunji.
Ayon sa resolusyon ng DOJ, na may petsang August 18, 2023, nabigo sina Maggie at Tim sa pagsumite ng bagong ebidensiya para i-reverse ang kaso sa kanila.
Mas mabuting sa full-blown trial na lang daw ilatag nina Maggie at Tim ang kanilang mga argumento dahil doon mas mapagdedesisyunan kung may merit ang mga ito.
June 30, 2022 nang makasuhan sina Maggie at Tim ng kasong adultery sa Taguig Regional Trial Court.
Base sa latest court document na ipinakita ni Maggie sa Instagram, naghain sila ni Tim ng "petition for review" sa DOJ noong November 21, 2022, pero ibinasura ito noong March 6, 2023.
March 30, 2023 nang maghain muli ng motion for reconsideration sina Maggie at Tim, na hindi pa rin pinayagan ng DOJ.
Naghayag si Maggie ng dismaya sa desisyong ito ng DOJ, base sa kanyang sunud-sunod na Instagram Stories kagabi, September 11, 2023.
Paliwanag ni Maggie: "For clarity, @iamtimconnor and I applied for motion for reconsideration.
"The respondents-appelants (@iamtimconnor and I) failed to present any new evidence that had material and probative value.
"Our motion was DENIED by the Department of Justice."

AN EXCERPT ABOUT MAGGIE AND TIM'S ADULTERY CASE
Ni-repost din ni Maggie ang Instagram Story ni Tim na nagpapakita ng bahagi ng resolution tungkol sa kanilang kasong adultery.
Sabi rito (published as is), "The confirmation of the said illicit affair can also be seen in several and consistent Instagram posts in the account of both respondents wherein, in one way or another, they are complementing or showing to the public that they are in a relationship, unmindful of the fact that respondent WILSON is still legally married with the complainant."
Nilagyan ito ni Tim ng text na siya ay namamangha na "Instagram" ang pinagbasehan daw ng "probable cause for my arrest."
MAGGIE ON VICTOR'S ALLEGED OTHER WOMAN
Dismayado si Maggie sa kinahaharap niyang kasong pakikiapid, habang ang estranged husband niyang si Victor ay mayroon umanong illicit affair.
Ayon kay Maggie, may ibang babae si Victor nang sampahan siya nito ng reklamong adultery.
Sa kanyang Instagram Story, nag-post si Maggie ng tatlong litrato ni Victor kasama ang diumano'y other woman nito.
Nakilala ang alleged other woman bilang ang entrepreneur na si Rachel Carrasco, na kilalang kaibigan ni Victor.
May kasama ring baby sina Victor at Rachel sa litrato.
Ayon kay Maggie, anak umano nina Victor at Rachel ang baby.
"ALL of these items are publicly available," ani Maggie.
Pagbubunyag pa ni Maggie tungkol kay Victor: "Lest we forget, he had already impregnated her when he filed that case."
Base raw sa pagsisiyasat ni Maggie, dala-dala ng bata ang apelyido ni Victor.
"You have to ask yourselves, how does his baby daughter carry the Consunji surname?
"As far as I know, she is not my daughter and we are still married?
"So are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Kinumpirma ni Maggie na legal pa rin silang mag-asawa ni Victor.
"And yes, to my disdain, I am STILL married and I STILL carry his last name."
Noong February 10, 2023, inihayag ni Victor sa isang official statement na ipinadala sa PEP.ph ang patung-patong na kasong kinahaharap ni Maggie.
Sabi sa statement ni Victor: “Ms. Wilson faces 3 arrest warrants for adultery. Acts she committed willingly and deemed worthy of trial by our honorable judiciary.
"She faces 16 arrest warrants for cyberlibel and counting. Once again, the consequences of her own ill-advised judgement and mockery of the law.
“She is currently a fugitive, unwilling to face judgement, fleeing as an admission of her own guilt. Her relatives, who occupy my property, are in violation of my lease contract.
“Lastly, she faces multiple civil cases pertaining to the collection of unrecovered funds and swindled investments.”
Nanindigan si Victor na desidido siyang ituloy ang mga kasong isinampa kay Maggie dahil idinadaan daw ni Maggie sa "trial by publicity" ang kanilang isyu sa halip na harapin ito sa korte.
