Hindi pinagbigyan ng MTRCB ang motion for reconsideration na inihain ng It’s Showtime sa ahensiya.
Ito ay kaugnay ng 12-day suspension na ipinataw ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board sa Kapamilya noontime show na umeere sa GTV, A2Z, at Kapamilya Channel.

Sa Inilabas na resolusyon ng MTRCB ngayong Huwebes, September 28, 2023, pinagtibay ng ahensiya ang nauna nilang desisyon na inilabas noong September 4, 2023, na nag-uutos sa management na itigil ang live broadcast ng show sa loob ng labindalawang araw.
Saad sa resolusyon: “The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) released a resolution dated 28 September 2023, denying the Motion for Reconsideration (MR) filed by GMA Network, Inc. and ABS-CBN Corporation.
"Said MRs sought relief from the Board’s ruling dated August 17, 2023, regarding the July 25, 2023 episode of the live noontime television program “It’s Showtime!”
"Specifically, during the show’s “Isip Bata” segment, in which hosts Ryan Bang, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez allegedly acted indecently or inappropriately in the presence of children, which is alleged to have violated Section 3 (c) of Presidential Decree No. 1986 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
"In view of which, the Board’s decision dated 17 August 2023 is affirmed."
Kahapon, September 27, sa budget hearing ng Senado para sa MTRCB, nagpahiwatig na si Board Member Atty. Paulino Cases Jr. na maglalabas sila ng desisyon ukol sa motion for reconsideration ng It’s Showtime sa loob ng linggong ito.
Naitanong din ni Senator Jinggoy Estrada kay MTRCB Chairperson Lala Sotto ang reklamo ng iba na masyado umanong matagal ang 12 days suspension na ipinataw sa Kapamilya noontime show.
Saad ni Estrada, “Meron din pong nagsasabi na the suspension of 12 airing days was too severe, well, maybe [to] some sectors. Can you enlighten to us, this committee, how the sanction is arrived at?”
Tugon ni Sotto, “Mr. Chairman, there are also a lot of people suggesting to cancel the show. We consider other people’s comments, too. That is not the only comment that we received saying that 12 days suspension is too much.
“There are also a lot who were saying that the show should be cancelled or the number of days [suspension] should be extended.”
Wala pang reaksiyon ang It's Showtime sa naging desisyon ng MTRCB.
