Diumano, sangkot sa likod ng pag-aresto sa kanyang ina ang ama ng anak ng former beauty queen-actress.
Sa Instagram Story niya kahapon, October 11, 2023, isinalaysay ni Maggie ang aniya'y pagdawit sa kanyang ina sa isyu niya at ng di pinangalanang personalidad.
Nakalagay sa post ni Maggie: "A few moments ago, multiple police officers came to arrest my mom.
"My mother has looked after OUR son and YOU through thick and thin.
"You've hit a new low."
Umaga raw ng October 11 nang mangyari ang insidente.
Sabi pa ni Maggie tungkol sa kanyang 64-year-old mother, "She doesn't have a licence, let alone knows how to drive."
Nagbabala si Maggie na dinodokumento niya lahat ng detalye hinggil sa kinahaharap niyang kalbaryo.
"The government wouldn't listen, and the justice system wouldn't listen, but I'm sure the rest of the world will.
"One man is about to bring great shame to our country."
TIM CONNOR POINTS AT MAGGIE'S ESTRANGED HUSBAND
Ni-repost ni Maggie ang reaksiyon ng rumored boyfriend niyang si Tim Connor tungkol sa pagkaaresto sa kanyang ina.
Itinuro ni Tim ang estranged husband ni Maggie na siyang may pakana umano ng insidente.
Saad ni Tim: "I've seen some strange things in my lifetime, but today, seeing Maggie's 64-year-old mother arrested for stealing a car despite never having a driver's license, let alone knowing how to drive a car, is an eye-opener.
"I am unsure how to tell your that you had his Mother and Grandmother arrested becayse you were so angry that you had no control of your ex-wife.
"I am no angel, but I guess we all have different ethics and values in life.
"Unfortunately, desperatime times call for desperate measures."

MAGGIE WILSON CLAIMS SHE'S NOT AFTER HER HUSBAND'S MONEY
Sa Instagram feed ni Maggie, nagbahagi rin siya ng saloobin sa masalimuot na hiwalayan nila ng kanyang estranged husband na di niya pinangalanan.
Aniya, dalawang taon na ang nakararaan nang siya na ang lumayo sa asawa na nangakong bibigyan umano siya ng "monthly stipend" sa halagang P20,000 para sa kanyang "basic needs."
Hindi raw tumupad ang kanyang mister.
Hindi rin naman daw hiningi iyon ni Maggie.
"If you think for a moment that this is about me extracting money from him, it’s quite the opposite."
Dagdag pa ni Maggie: "In fact, the house I moved into when I was still in Manila had six months' worth of unpaid bills. I cleared that debt myself. I’ve even asked several times for the bank account details to pay for the “rent,” but they wouldn’t give them to me.
"He has been using borrowed money from investors to try and get me instead of paying what he owes to his suppliers, brokers, taxes, credit lines from banks, and others.
"I get phone calls and messages every single day from people chasing debt."
Sa huling bahagi ng kanyang IG post, may disclaimer si Maggie kung bakit di niya pinangalanan ang estranged husband.
"For legal reasons, this is not about who you think it is. The sky is green, and unicorns exist."
