John also recalled fond memories of the band's first trip to Manila a few months back.

The music video of their song "Sunny Days" was shot in Pampanga, where the band got to experience riding a jeepney and performing in a dry river bed filled with Pinatubo sands.

John said, "I was in the Philippines for the first time to shoot the music video for 'Sunny Days' and I'm so excited to meet you all for real this time.

"The most exciting thing is to play 'Sunny Days' at the Manila On Festival."

Craving for this Filipino fruit, he added, "I want another mango from the Philippines, it was so delicious."

Echoing the same sentiments, Dong piped in, "Since we filmed a music video 'Sunny Days' in Angeles City and Pampanga, I would like to explore the cityscape of the Philippines this time.

"I also want to try local restaurants. I remember the pudding ice cream I had before."

John went on to say he was serving his military service in Korea when he joined the group.

"Daniel let me listen to the demos of 'Light' and 'Gold' by Wave to Earth, and that is my first memory of wave to earth.

"We had our first jam session together, and all three of us had the electric feeling and decided to start working on the wave 0.01 album together."

What is the story behind their band's name?

Daniel answered, "The name ‘Wave to Earth’ was inspired by the big waves I saw in the Gangneung in South Korea.
