Hot discussion kasi recently ang pag-employ ng A.I.-generated hosts, newscasters, and anchors sa mga programa sa telebisyon at online sa iba’t ibang bansa.
Nagiging cause of concern ito dahil sa posibilidad na tuluyan nilang i-take over ang mga trabaho ng mga totoong tao.
No wonder marami ang pumuri sa video ng multi-media team ng Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-South La Union (DMMMSU-SLU) na ipinost sa college forum ng kanilang Facebook page nitong October 24, 2023.
Sa video kasi, ang estudyanteng si Leah ay nagpanggap na A.I.-generated newscaster.

Sabi pa sa caption ng video: “Meet Leah! The College Forum's first human AI newscaster who will bring real-time news and updates about the latest happenings in DMMMSU-SLUC.
“Through the initiative of TCF’s multimedia team, the publication now brings innovation to the broadcasting system of the University. Dubbed as ‘a revolutionary addition to the team’, this human AI newscaster, like any other artificial broadcasters, has the ability to broadcast like actual AI journalist."

Ginalingan ng female anchor ang pag-arte. Kuha niya ang mannerisms at nuances para magmistulang A.I.—poker face, hindi kumukurap, walang emosyon, modulated ang boses, pati na rin ang movement.
Nang matapos ang kanyang spiel, itinigil na niya ang pag-arte, saka nagtanong ng, “Okay na po ba?”
Sagot ng kumukuha ng video, “Yeah, okay na. Okay na."
Pagkatapos ay lumabas sa black screen ang mga katagang, “Worried about A.I. taking over our jobs? Why don’t we take theirs?”
