At a press conference held last Tuesday, November 14, 2023, organized by local concert organizer Wilbros Live, Benjamin assured Filipino fans that they can expect Broadway-level productions of their favorite Disney Princess songs.
Disney Princess: The Concert will include songs from all 13 Disney princesses—Cinderella, Snow White, Moana, Pocahontas, Mulan, Jasmine (Aladdin), Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Merida (Brave), Tiana (Princess and the Frog), Raya (Raya and the Last Dragon), Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Rapunzel (Tangled)—and Anna and Elsa (Frozen).
Benjamin remarked, “We’re going to make some of them new, but some of them are going to be delivered in just the way that we all love, which is just as we heard in our childhoods, but with the unique perspective of these incredible artists on stage bringing their personality to it.”
Anneliese chimed in that Filipino fans can expect fun shows that will surely evoke nostalgia.
She said, “You can expect a nostalgic feeling and a good time, and joy.
"You can expect a fun show at a time when maybe we really need it in a serious time in our world.”
According to Krysta, they will be presenting some of the songs on LED screens showing clips from the original animated films so the viewers can enjoy the “familiar and new mixing together."
She said, “We are presenting these song maybe in a duet and we gonna have LCD screen behind us which gonna be playing the animation... And I think some little surprise that we might have.”
