Ang Top 5 finalists ng pageant ang nabigyan ng pagkakataong ipakita ang kanilang galing sa question-and-answer portion.
Umabot si Michelle hanggang Top 10 ng pageant.

Sa isang video ni Pia kagabi, November 19, 2023, naglabas siya ng saloobin tungkol sa resulta ng Miss Universe 2023 kunsaan ang nagwagi ay si Miss Nicaragua Sheynnis Palacios.

Ayon kay Pia, kabilang si Sheynnis sa best bets niya sa pageant.
"I also was rooting for the winner actually. And I think that she's very deserving," pag-amin ni Pia.
Pero diin din niya, "Although I'm still wondering what could have been if Michelle had made it into the Top 5 and had the chance to answer a few questons.
"Coz she's really good at Q&A. You wonder, you think of what could have been.
"But, yeah, I dunno. I'm still trying to absorb things. Kayo ba?"

PIA'S ALL-OUT SUPPORT FOR MICHELLE DEE
Noong November 6, sabi ni Pia sa kanyang bradcast channel, "Ang lakas natin!! Nakakakilig! cant wait to see the outfits, the photos next to the candidates, the interviews, the behind the scenes moments.. the natcos, the gowns, the crowning moment!! Aaaaahh!!"
Kahapon, habang ongoing ang pageant, tutok din si Pia sa panonood ng livestream ng Miss Universe 2023 kasama si Mark Bumgarner, na siyang designer ng evening gowns ni Michelle sa preliminary competition at coronation night.
Todo ang paghanga ni Pia nang ma-unveil ang finals gown ni Michelle.
Inihalintulad pa ni Pia sa buffering sa livestream ng pageant ang frustration nang malaglag si Michelle sa Top 5.
Sa huli ay nag-congratulate pa rin si Pia sa pagkapanalo ni Miss Nicaragua.
