Comedienne Alora Sasam has apparently cut ties with Daniel Padilla on social media.
Netizens noticed that Alora unfollowed the actor on Instagram, with many assuming that this had to do with Daniel's controversial split with Kathryn Bernardo.
Kathryn and Daniel confirmed rumors of their separation by posting a statement on Instagram on November 30, 2023.

Their split continues to be hounded with intrigues and speculations of a third party on Daniel's part.
Rumor has it that Daniel cheated on Kathryn by having a fling with fellow Kapamilya star Andrea Brillantes.
Kathryn and Daniel were together for 11 years, making their breakup painful to their many fans who supported their love team in front and behind the camera.

ALORA-KATHRYN FRIENDSHIP
It's no secret that Alora and Kathryn are close friends.
The two developed a friendship when they worked together in the 2020 digital film series The House Arrest of Us produced by Star Cinema.
The public witnessed their tight bond when Kathryn invited Alora to spend Christmas with her family at home in 2021.
Alora wasn't able to spend the holidays with her family in Iligan, Lanao del Norte.
Wrote Alora on Instagram, “I was okay being alone on Christmas day. Pero sabi niya ‘wag. My Christmas savior. Thank you mami! Love you. Regalo mo na sa akin presence mo at ng family mo."
She continued, "Thank you Bernardos for opening your home to me (especially your kitchen) on Christmas Day.
"Ang simple pero saya niyo po ka-bonding! Wishing you all good health always. Nagmahahal, ang inyong Christmas ampon."
Alora was often spotted accompanying Kathryn on out-of-town excursions, such as a trip to Palawan in April 2022 to celebrate the latter's 26th birthday.

She even went with Kathryn and Daniel to Thailand in May 2022 when the couple celebrated their 10th anniversary.

ATTACKED BY KATHNIEL FANS
Alora recently became the target of KathNiel fans after she posted a photo, which was intended to be a joke in light of the couple's separation.
On December 1, 2023, Alora posted on X (formerly Twitter) an old photo of her with Kathryn.
The photo showed Kathryn sporting dark glasses and whispering to Alora from behind.
Kathryn's speech bubble reads, “Shot puno mamaya. Bawal tumakas."
Alora, looking stunned in the photo, replied, “Pwede iwan ko na lang atay ko? Balikan ko bukas.”
The post also contained the caption: “December 1: Philippine National Shot Puno Day.”
Alora's post came a day after Kathryn and Daniel made public their separation.
Immediately, KathNiel fans swarmed on Alora angrily, calling her joke "insensitive" and seemingly celebrating the breakup.
One comment read, "YUNG TINUTURING KANG KAIBIGAN PERO GINAGAWA KA LANG MEME SA LOWEST POINT MO. KAPAL NG MUKHA NITONG ALORA NATO LITERALLY KIMMY!"
Alora issued an apology to appease fans, saying, "Hello po, sorry, insensitive joke po. Mali ako. Di na po mauulit. Sorry po. Deleted na po."
Alora butting heads with KathNiel fans didn't end there, though.
The comedienne's obvious sympathy towards Kathryn following the breakup didn't sit well with some fans.
“Alora, sana maging maayos kang kaibigan sa dalawa; na sana mapayuhan mo [nang] maayos at ‘wag panghimasukan and [‘di] dapat pang panghimasukan,” a netizen commented on TikTok.
Alora replied, "If alam mo rin ang nalalaman ko po, ‘di ito comment mo.
“Try mo critical thinking. ‘Wag panghimasukan kapag wala kang nalalaman. God bless!”
