HWASA's performance at Wanderland Music & Arts Festival 2024
South Korean pop star and MAMAMOO member, Hwasa, sizzled on stage at the Wanderland Music & Arts Festival 2024, held in Muntinlupa City on March 10, 2024.
The 28-year-old artist captivated her audience with electrifying renditions of her popular tracks such as "I Love My Body," "Twit," "Don't," and "Chili."
A standout moment was when she delighted the crowd by greeting them in Filipino, saying, "Kumusta? Kumusta?"
Of course, her performance wouldn't be complete without her smash hit, "Maria."
Addressing the audience before her final performance, she shared some details about her final song, "I wanted the meaning to be 'I want to be your Maria.'
"So for the last time, let's have some fun and hope to see you guys soon."

WANDERLAND MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL: HIGHLIGHTS
Wanderland Music & Arts Festival showcased an eclectic mix of musical genres, ranging from pop and instrumental rock to indie rock, jazz, and electronic music, satisfying the diverse tastes of its audience.
With 22 talented acts performing over two nights, attendees had the opportunity to discover new artists, enjoy familiar tunes, and experience captivating performances.
The lineup featured renowned acts, including bird., Bosudongcooler, Gabba, Jose Miguel, Beenzino, Cosmo’s Midnight, Parcels, and Novo Amor on day one, followed by dwta, Party Pace, Paolo Sandejas, Cloudriver, grentperez, Jeff Bernat, PJ Morton, and Breakbot & Irfane on day two.
The day 1 atmosphere reached a fever pitch when ena mori took the stage, igniting the crowd with her presence.
With enthusiasm, she greeted the Wanderers with, “Manila, make some noise!”
To elevate the energy of Wanderland 2024’s first show, the Japanese-Filipino singer-songwriter treated her fans with a 30-minute set, featuring beloved tracks, such as “SOS,” “VIVID,” and “Heartache Generation.”
Then, Lola Amour enchanted the audience with their soulful tunes, including "dahan-dahan” and "Maybe Maybe," against the backdrop of a stunning sunset.
The renowned Filipino ensemble’s performance of songs like the unreleased single "Umiinit," "Namimiss Ko Na," "Pwede Ba," and “Fallen” left a lasting impression, culminating in a mesmerizing rendition of "Raining in Manila."

While other acts adhered to sets ranging from 30 minutes to an hour, Jack Johnson diverged with an impressive nearly two-hour performance as the headliner of day 1.
Demonstrating his musical prowess, the American singer-songwriter delivered live renditions of his hits, including "Upside Down," "Mudfootball," and "Banana Pancakes," captivating the crowd with his soothing voice.
His heartfelt connection with the Wanderers was evident as he invited them to sing along during "Better Together," creating a truly memorable moment.

On day two, The Walters entranced the festival-goers with their emotive setlist, featuring standout tracks, such as "She’s Gonna Leave You" and "I Love You So," which perfectly complemented the breezy night and ambiance of Filinvest grounds.
Luke Olson's poignant reflection on the American band's journey added depth to their performance, highlighting the power of perseverance and importance of second chances.
The vocalist says, “The next song [“I Love You So”] is probably the reason why you guys know about us.
“You know, we started back in 2014 and we broke up for about four or five years.
“And one day, I woke up to a message from our drummer Charlie and he said, ‘You know, I don’t know if you’ve seen the news but this song is going viral on TikTok,’ and he said, ‘I think we should talk.’
“I hadn’t seen them in four or five years, not once, so we decided to talk and we decided to, you know, hash out our differences, and… we realized we didn’t want to pass up on this opportunity.
“You know, we wanted to give this thing another try.”
Wrapping up the festival with a bang, Thundercat received thunderous cheers despite the delayed start of day 2, extending his set past 11 p.m.
The American siger-songwriter showcased his remarkable talent and infectious energy, performing “Dragonball Durag,” “Overseas,” and “Them Changes,” to name a few.
